Delete your SafeGhost account

You can delete your SafeGhost account and its data at any time.

How to delete

In the SafeGhost app: open Account and tap Delete account. On the website: sign in to My account and choose Delete account at the bottom of the page. If you cannot sign in, write to SafeGhost Support from the email of your account and we will delete it within 30 days.

What happens

Your subscription renewal in PayPal is cancelled, so you will not be charged again. VPN access is switched off on all devices, and your private subscription link stops working. Your email, sign-in sessions, devices, support conversations and VPN service data are deleted. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually up to 7 years. Deleting the account does not by itself refund past payments.
